Types of Help & Support
Typically, your issue determines what type of support your require. For instance, if you are able to start the computer, then Telephone Support would be possible. If you are then able to connect to the Internet, then Remote Support is a possibility. If your computer isn’t able to start, then on-site is most likely the only option.
Telephone and/or Remote Support
Telephone or Remote Access Support sessions can be booked below.
If you’re a home user with a simple issue, you can either book a 30 or 60 minute session.
If you’re a business user, then the problems are usually more in-depth. Again 30 or 60 minute sessions are available.
For any Remote Access sessions you must be able to connect to the internet for these to be viable.
